Join us for a dedicated time to mend your beloved garments while enjoying the company of like-minded individuals with our Social Sew: Mend with Me session, which is running alongside our Social Sew: Costumes & Dress-Up workshop every 3rd Friday of the month. Whether you’re a seasoned mender or just starting on your sewing journey, this session provides a supportive environment for all skill levels.
Bring along your clothing items in need of repair, whether it’s a small tear, a loose seam, or a larger patching job. Our experienced instructor will be on hand to provide guidance, tips, and demonstrations to help you tackle any project with confidence.
But it’s not just about mending – it’s also about forging connections and building community. Share stories, exchange ideas, and bond over a shared passion for sustainability and creativity. Whether you’re swapping tips, discussing favorite sewing techniques, or simply enjoying each other’s company, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow participants.
This monthly session runs every 3rd Friday of the month, so mark your calendar and join us for an enriching and enjoyable experience at our “Social Sew: Mend with Me” session. Let’s mend, socialise, and inspire each other to create a more sustainable and connected world, one stitch at a time. Reserve your spot today!
