Join our textile artist, Simone Kottmann, for a hands-on Rag Roping Workshop at The Fabric ReStore, where you’ll learn to transform unwanted textiles into beautiful, functional creations using the age-old technique of rag roping.

As part of her artist residency with A Fitting Connection, Simone shares her deep passion for texture, reuse, and slow-making. In this relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll explore how to:
  • Create rope from fabric scraps
  • Use rag rope for coasters, baskets, mats, and more
  • Embrace imperfections and sustainability in your making

Cancellation & No Show Policy

All classes are limited to a certain number of participants.  You need to give us notice if you wish to cancel.

We must receive a minimum of 1 WEEKS’ NOTICE of any calculations. Failure to do this means that your fee has been forfeited.

Last-minute cancellations will also be considered as No Shows
